We currently have profiling lines with TIG welding process to offer a production range from Ø60 to Ø139 mm, with thicknesses from 0,5 to 1,5 mm and rods with lengths between 4000 and 6000 mm, dimensional tolerances on the centesimal diameter, for a customized product depending on the customer’s needs.

Upon request we are able to produce perfectly designed elliptical and oval tubes.
Special cutting lines for stainless steel of our own design, specifically created to meet the needs of cuts that require the piece to be free of burrs, with the possibilility of cuts to size ranging from 50 to 3000 mm.
This type of cut is excellent in various applications, since the piece does not undergo any work hardening during processing, remaining perfectly clean inside and allowing to obtain a ready-to-use product.
Tube beading lines of our own design, with the possibility of producing the piece according to drawings, particularly suitable for submersible motors. Our beading operations allow us to have a perfectly clean product, ready for assembly and subsequent processing by the customer.
Pipes produced with threading machines of our own design for submersible pumps that perform right-hand and left-hand rolled threads 2.5 mm pitch, 3 mm pitch, 3.5 mm pitch, 5 mm pitch on pipes of Ø 86.1 – 87 – 88.9 – 129.5 mm, with thicknesses between 0.5 and 1.5 mm. Threads designed and customized according to requests.
Packaging represents a fundamental part of protecting our products. The tubes are packaged and made safe during transport through the applicatin of wood and polystyrene shapes which are reused thanks to the collaboration of our customers.
The main purpose is to protect the polished stainless steel tubes from handling operations. Every component used is perfectly recyclable both by us and by our customers. We promote reuse. We promote reuse.
